Rental Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & confirmation

Send us your dates, items and delivery address through the enquiry form, WhatsApp or email. We'll confirm availability and a final price before anything is due. A booking is confirmed once we've agreed the details with you and received any payment or deposit we've asked for. All rentals have a minimum hire of 3 days.

2. Prices & payment

Prices are shown per item in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and are the amounts confirmed at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer (BV Bank, Timo or Wise) or cash on delivery. For longer stays, daily rates apply beyond the 7-day weekly rate. Any promotional discount applies to the rental only, not to the deposit or delivery.

3. Refundable deposit

A refundable deposit of 2,000,000 VND per item is required, together with a photo of the renter's passport or ID. The deposit is fully refunded once the equipment is collected and checked, provided it is returned in the same clean, undamaged condition (normal, reasonable wear excepted). Where there is damage or loss, we may deduct a fair repair or replacement cost from the deposit (see section 6); anything remaining is returned to you.

4. Delivery, set-up & collection

We deliver, set up and later collect the equipment at your hotel, villa, resort or Airbnb. Standard delivery within Da Nang is free; Hoi An is 300,000 VND. Orders over 4,000,000 VND receive free delivery to both areas. Please make sure someone can receive and return the equipment at the agreed times, or leave clear instructions with your accommodation. If we can't deliver or collect because of an incorrect address or no access at the agreed time, a repeat trip may incur a further delivery fee.

5. Using the equipment

Please use each item only as the manufacturer intends, and keep it clean and dry during your rental. All our gear is cleaned and safety-checked before delivery. If anything seems damaged, worn or not working when it arrives, tell us straight away and we'll repair or replace it as quickly as we can. You're responsible for the equipment while it's in your care.

6. Damage, loss or late return

• Reasonable wear from normal use is expected and never charged for.
• Damage beyond reasonable wear may be charged at the fair cost of cleaning, repair or replacement parts, deducted from the deposit.
• Loss or damage beyond repair may be charged at the item's replacement value. Where this exceeds the deposit, the difference may be payable; where it's less, only the actual cost is deducted and the rest of the deposit is returned.
• Late return may be charged at the daily rate for each extra day the equipment is kept beyond the agreed return date.

We'll always explain and, where we can, show you the reason for any deduction before making it.

7. Cancellations & changes

• More than 48 hours before delivery: cancel free of charge, with a full refund of anything paid.
• Within 48 hours of delivery: we may retain up to one day's rental per item to cover preparation and scheduling; the rest is refunded.
• After delivery / early return: the minimum 3-day hire still applies, and we're not able to refund days already started. For longer bookings, talk to us, we'll always try to be fair.
• Changing dates or items before delivery is usually no problem, subject to availability, just let us know as early as you can.

8. Liability

An adult must supervise children using the equipment at all times, following the manufacturer's guidance. To the extent permitted by law, Elite Baby Rentals is not liable for injury or loss arising from misuse, or from use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
